   Hi there.

   I'll get straight to the point. I use Hydrocortisone on my eye-lids and face. I also use Elocon cream on my body (hands, legs, e.t.c.) They have been the best creams I have had for my dry skin, I hope either or both of these could help anyone who needs it.
