My first weight in...

   So I went back to the Doctors yesterday for my first monthly weigh in and check up...........Ive lost 9lbs..which im thrilled about....Ive not cheated nor have I eaten anything I shouldnt....so I have started my 2 lot of tablets......hoping I can keep it up for another month!!!!!!!

   That 4 bags of sugar -Try carrying 4 bags around and you'll soon row realise how heavy they are :D

   thanks.....I know its unbelievable...I seem to have lost aot of inches too...which is more exciting I think.....x
