self dianosed this after months of angony in wrist after a cortisteroid injection for another problem in shoulder with pain due to long term illness.

fed up with NHS system and DWP as have waited 10 months before operation to fuse bones in wrist whilst in severe pain, also had the stress of DWP sending me on BUPA courses to get me back to work when I clearly wasn't fit, thus wrist is at stage 4 and nothing much done at stage 1 of the problem!

This problem was not a result of heavy lifting or overuse as mostly reported as a cause of the disease, but possibly a cortisteroid injection given to me, which then caused Osteoarthritis in my wrist.
