After my let down at my weigh in last Thursday, I was ready for packing the diet and pills in. I didn't take the tablets on Sunday or Monday as I was away for a girly weekend. I had an Indian lunch on Saturday, fish and chips on Sunday and on Monday I had Indian tapas. Felt really guilty on tuesday when I came home and decided to go back on tablets. Felt more motivated after the break and decided to weigh myself on the wii ( I usually only weigh at docs, then check weight that day on the wii) anyway, weighed myself this morning and LOST 3lb! How can this be possible?

sometimes we get stuck in a rut and plateau, its possible that your mini-break from the tablets and cheeky food choices kick started the diet, this has happened to me before
