i have study regarding all PPI(proton pump inhibitor). Accoring to FDA approved indication Lansoparazole is much more better then all other PPI. According to bioavailability lansoparazole achieves high bioavailability which is 91% as compare to all other PPI. But its up to the doctors that what duration they salect for the treatment of disease some for patient use these for a long term and and get any side effect its upto patient hypersensitivity that how long patient take that drug.i the light of my expireance Lansoparazole is much more potent then all PPI. As you all aware about that all drug have side effects but its not neccesery thats all side effects appeare in all patients.
