  1. I have psoriatic arthrothrapy and have been on methotrexate for about ten years. Im now on 20mg per week by injection with 10mg folic acid per week.During this time I have suffered NO side effects (I have monthly blood tests). Fortunately im retired and the weekly visit to the nurse at my doctors surgery is not too inconvenient. She also does the blood tests, and very good she is at it too! Although my joints are deteriorating, since going on methotrexate my pain levels and tiredness have decreased. Also my extensive psoriasis is completely under control with just one occasional tiny patch of flaking skin.

  2. I am due to start Methotrexate in a few week's time so was encouraged that this person didn't have side effects. I wondered whether this was because she was having injections instead of tablets? I have ME/fibromyalgia but will be receiving Methotrexate for stubborn palmaplantar pustulosis.
