hi, Iam 8 weeks post op from a sub-total hysterectomy a...

  1. hi, Iam 8 weeks post op from a sub-total hysterectomy although I am doing o.k i still have slight bleeding everyday when i pass stools.the bleeding is coming from my vagina but not much. in the evenings i am still tired and force myself to go walking.does anyone know when the bleeding stops? how should i feel at this stage?how do you get rid of the little ridge where the scar is? by the way i still have my cervixsad

    i am at the same place as you 8wks post sub-total hystrectomy still have my cervix and one ovary.

    i havnt had any bleeing since my op which is one positive. but dont worry i was told i might have slight bleeding up to 3 months post op. i am having bad breast tenderness thou. i still have my moments of tears i am childless and my emotions are up and down.

    i dont know how to get rid of te ridge but my scar is almost white from rubbing palmers cocco serum every morning and night.

    I'm due to have a total hysterectomy in a few weeks. Stupidly I walked out of the hospital in a daze without asking questions. I've no children, would like them but that's not an option. What do I need to know, any tips/advice to make the process easier?
