   Hi, I am on 12mgs, and I too get very tired and seriously lack concentration, I have been on warfarin for 6 months after a PE, my dose keeps having to be increased as my INR drops regularly! I am 36, three children and a full time job, and very much hoping I can come off warfarin in August, when I will have been on it for a year.

   I have been on warfarin since 2000 after a PE and a Portal Vein Thrombosis. I also have secondary progressive Multiple Sclerosis. As far as fatigue and lack of concentration is concerned, I have that also (however how much is due to MS and how much to warfarin, who knows!).

   My warfarin levels stay constantly about (INR) 2.7 - 3.5.

   I take 7 and 8 mg per day (alternating). There seems to be a connection between fatigue, burning sensation on the skin, and strange aching 'heavy' limbs, especially the legs.

   Is there anyone else who is on warfarin with MS?

   I too had a PE one year ago and after 6 months of warfarin I thought that was it finished . BUT. I had another just about a year later to the day . Now on warfarin for life .. My advice is to get regular post embolism blood checks just in case
