My aunt who is 43 years old just had a surgical removal of all the ovarium, uterus, adnexa, and fallopian tube on 02/05/2012 because there was an ovarium tumor which had grown as large as 6cm(diameter). The analysis for the tumor shows that the tumor belongs to functional(between benign and malignant). The doctors in China gave her different therapies. Some doctors think she needs to do chemotherapy. But some others don't think she need it. My aunt can't decide what to do. What therapies will the UK doctors make in the silimar situation? Does she need the chemotherapy?

(supplement: my aunt had a surgical removal of one-side 2/3 ovary in oct,2009 since there was a tumor found. Shortly in jan,2010 another side ovarium had been removed because the tumor was growing)

looking forward to your help. many thanks.
