Ignore the saturates - just concentrate on the 'fat'.
Have 5 grams for breakfast. 10 for lunch and 15 for evening meal or any computation of those amounts...but if you had a bowl of fruit for breakfast then you don't need to take a tablet at all as there's no fat in the fruit. If you want more help get a calorie/fat counter book to help with determining fat content and read the labels in the shop....take more time to shop. You will find it all new to start with but you will learn as you go along what is right for your body. For instance some people cannot eat a boiled/poached egg....I can.....I can also have 2 small reduced fat sausages...some people can't....you have to work it out for yourself over time. It does get easier as you go along.
