Day 1!
Just taken my first blue pill
I've read lots on this forum so have been on a low fat diet for four days and now sticking to the 5g,10g,15g rule. Well under it actually, just in case! and I'm exercising daily!
Just wanted to wish everyone good luck as it's peak season for dieters!
I've no doubt I will have some questions as time goes on but for now just
