dry penis head

   i have a dry flaky penis head it does not look like a smooth penis head and also when i pull my foreskin back under it i have some very tiny little group of whiteish spots or they can be yellow but exactlysure what color they are because their are very tiny. they kind of look like they can be very tiny pimples but cant be pop
