Chronic pelvic pain

  1. I have pain in the lower abdomen caused by extreme over-mastubation(every day, 6-7 ejaculations in average in interval of 30 to 45 minutes).it's all got to the with my need for sex caused by egg food intake for long period of my life. This pain appears every month. At first 6 months it was extremely painful, stabbing like immense pain, but now its reduced, its been 3 and a half years now and its not that painful bu it is still present.when i am with my girlfriend and get sexually excited, naturally my bulbourethral glands produce liquid and after 3,4 or maybe 5 hours i get extreme pain(it lasts 3-5 minutes)in the pelvic area(either the bulbo-glands or the prostate).I've been many times to the doctors but they don't know what is the problem.I did blood and urine test and they are all fine, examined my testicles and ECHO scan they are fine too. Before 9 months or so, i started to experience weak erections ,premature ejaculations ,lack of sex drive and erections that don't last long and it's still the same.I tried taking E vitamin for 2 months with B6 and C vitamins(no improvement), started to intake healthier foods but no improvement on the pain at all.Lately i am going to detox and bio-resonant therapy, accompanied by supplements like digestive enzymes amino acids and vitamins hoping to repair the damage , but the pain is the same(very weak but it persists),and at the end i think i'm going to try natural herbs that supposedly tonify and rejuvenate the neuro- system, cause i am almost 100% sure that its the nerve system or that it can help or maybe even cure this condition. Its the last natural thing to try.

  2. Hi

I have erection issues and hospital tried all usual treatments: pills, injection and pumps all to no noticeable difference.

I was then sent for an Autonomic Function Test which showed that my Diabetes had in fact caused damage to many nerves and hence my issues with erections and some other functions.

Treatment is limited, however at present I am having Testerone Injections to build my levels up.

I would suggest you ask for same test and if damage is found some suitable treatment?

    Kindest

    Bob
