Hello, I'm 47 and was diagnosed with chondromalacia patellae two years ago.
So I stopped running and did low impact sports. Then a year ago I began running again, about 3miles per week and this was OK.
Recently I have been going to the gym for swimming (1 km) then Cycling (6 km) and rowing (1.5 km), and now my right knee again feels weak, though not in pain.
Please advise me which sports should be avoided - out of cycling, rowing and running. I think swimming is OK (or hope so).
Also is it bad to do a Spin class on the bicycle?
Regards, Jez
