Booking Appointments.

   I accessed the EMIS/Patient Access system today for the first time and was surprised that only the date is shown when booking appointments. When I am booking anything - even my hair appointment - I always get the booker to confirm the DAY and date.

   I can't see any contact details on EMIS to raise something like this. Does anybody else feel the same as me about this.
