I had my first hip resurfaced 8 years ago and 2nd one 5 yrs ago. Although I have been relatively pain free I have felt ill for the last 7 years. My GP diagnosed M.E 5 yrs ago and I felt at bit more at ease knowing I had a diagnosis. Last year following many reports on problems with MoM implants, I came across numerous female patients who have had MoM implants suffering identical symptons to myself. So I am questioning - Is it my MoM implants or is M.E?

I would like to hear from other patients who are suffering from chronic fatigue, pressure headaches, menopause symptons, pains and food intolerances.

I also get alot of pain in my left groin and since my op have never been able to lift up my left hip, has anyone else suffered with this?

I am currently awaiting to see a new hip surgeon with results of my chromium & colbalt blood test.
