In October 2011 I had a C5-7 successful cervical fusion, but since then severe pain has spread to other limbs. To control pain I take Baclofen 30mg/day, Naproxen 750g/day and Tramadol 2x every 6 hours. This is the most I can take to continue to work full time.

I have type 1 diabetes, take Pravastatin 40mg/day, Citalopran 40mg/day, Ducosate up to 200mg/day and Levothyroxine 150mg/day.

From the amount of medication I take I sound very unhealthy, but in fact if it wasn't for the severe pain from prolapsed discs I would be fine and this new symptom.

In the last month I have found that my stomach and throat feel as if something is blocking my ability to eat, I am burping (which I seldom did) and have symptoms of nausea all the time. It is also making my ketones high when usually I don't have ketones.

I would like to find out what could be causing this and why.

Thanks ??? ??? ???
