Airnergy machine

  1. I have asthma and COPD and I wonder if anyone else has heard about the Airnergy machine that Dr Chris praised so much on This Morning ? Incidentally I find this site awful. I looked at the COPD discussion and it only went to 2007. Everybody cured or deserted ? Then I couldn`t get back to the previous page. Oh for the old days when you corresponded with familiar names- just like old friends. Shebob

And the condition isn`t listed under C when I`m asked to put my discussion in the right place !!!!!

  2. Hi shebob, I have only just received a new machine today and been on it for only 20 mins. Certainly not long enough to expect any results. I also suffer from COPD mainly due to being a long term smoker in my younger days. The only reason I am on the site is that I was looking for information or feedback from other users but they seem to be almost invisible (or the cost of the machine prevents most sufferers from being able to buy - I suspect that might be the case). I'll let you know if you prompt me with a reply to this message in a couple of weeks.

  3. Hi Shebob,

COPD is under C but the full expansion here http://www.patient.co.uk/forums/discuss/browse/chronic-obstructive-pulmonary-disease-446 which has more recent posts than 2007.

I am in the process of rationalising all of the topics in the forums as there are far too many and similar topics appearing under more than one header. I will also be renaming a lot to more patient friendly titles so COPD will be listed under COPD - Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease so it should be easier to find. It will take a while to organise and complete but if you have any questions about the forums send me a message.

  4. I have been using the Airnergy machine at home for just over 12 months, and I am very impressed. I found this post whilst looking to see if any other cyclists have had similar results. Since the weather has been so bad recently I've bought a home exercise bike.

    Best regards Shebob

  5. Just posting again to say there is more info about this product here: http://www.airnergy-oxygen-therapy.com/

  6. Hello there

I have COPD and have heard of the Airnergy Machine which is supposed to be good for my complaint as well as for others.

I wonder if anyone knows anything about this machine i.e.whether it works, whether it's any good and just how much it is.

I would appreciate any info beause my COPD is going steadily worse. I'm tired all the time, have no energy and am finding any sort of exercise very difficult. I would just choose to stay in bed but I know this isn't the best thing to do.

    Thank you

  7. Hi Dotty, I can confirm it is very good. I am now taking regular exercise and feel 100% again. The home machine is cheaper than the professional one they have in clinics, and a definite investment. I posted a link above but it hasn't been approved yet, try Googling "biolife solutions" for more information.

    Best regards

  8. Hello Colmne844

Thanks for your reply.....I'm very grateful and am so pleased that you're feeling better.

We have asked for info from BioLife about the machine which they have sent but the machine is pretty expensive, isn't it. I know you can't put a price on good health but as we're pensioners, it would be difficult to say the least.

Have you just got the Wellness Basis Plus instead of the Professional Plus ?? That does seem to be a little cheaper but does it do the same job I wonder.

Thanks again.....we shall have to give it some thought

    Regards

  9. Hiya Colmne

  10. Hi,

I am a mobile Airnergy Therapist and I am registered with Biolife Solutions as a therapist offering a mobile service in and around the Plymouth/ South Hams Area. If you contact Biolife they will given you a list of therapists near your area.

These machines are pricey so I would advise a few trial sessions with your local therapist before you buy.

If you would like any more information from me regarding the health benefits and the conditions the therapy helps please get in touch.

    Tania

  11. I have COPD and also wanted to try Airnergy. I went to a practitioner and had a few sessions without feeling any effects. I was warned of this though as I was told that everyone reacts differently. I bought a machine anyway and it took three weeks of daily use before I felt anything. It's a amazing device. My peak flow has improved and the respiratory nurse can't believe my blood oxygen level! Best of all I feel better.
