I am a 30 year old female. I consider myself healthy weighing 10.3 stones and 5ft 7in. Growing up I remember my knees use to hurt as my legs are long compare to my torso area. My mom use to rub them and say they are growing pain because you have long legs. I stop growing when I got to the age 14-15 and the pains stopped.

However, in the past year I noted that my knees would hurt if I climbed atleast two flights of stairs of trying to walk up the escalator. I paid it no mind but within the last month my knees have gotten so bad that when I get in from work i dread climbing one flight of stair to the bedroom and shower, let alone having to go downstairs to do the ordinary night chores.

My knees are fine, I am walking on the flat the problem is if I have to bend the knee, yet sitting is not a problem. Please can you give me a bit of guidance.
