Hi all, I also have blepharitis and have done for about 15 years. At first I diligently washed my eyes every morning and night with baby shampoo or bicarb solution but I soon got bored of this and found that the shampoo often made my eyes sting. I've tried petroleum-based gels that you apply to the eyelid but they just made a mess! The only thing I've really found that brings any kind of relief is eye drops to rehydrate my dry eyes. The only problem is that they tend to come in too-large bottles that reach their use-by date before I've finished the bottle. There are some brands that do small pouch-type things but they're expensive. All in all, I guess we just have to live with it!
