At the top of each document that you view (within Leaflets, Medicines and PatientPlus) there is a list of related links, one of which is 'Your Experience'. See here for an example.

Following this link will take you to the foot of the document, where you can follow another link to either a) enter details of your own experience in relation to this topic or b) view the comments of others. See here for an example.

PS - Health and Poverty
