Remember the person: Dementia Awareness Week

Dementia is a brain condition which causes a gradual loss of mental ability, including problems with memory, understanding, judgement, thinking and language. Dementia Awareness Week, 20th-26th May, is organised by the Alzheimer's Society and aims to help people to 'remember the person' behind the dementia.
